CUCUMBER AND HUMMUS SNACK
The Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of hummus (you can get store bought or make at home) (Kenya-zucchini store)
Steps
- Place them on a plate as shown.
- Cut up the baby tomatoes into four pieces each.
- This is the setup for preparation.
- Apply the hummus onto the cucumber using a knife as shown.
- This is what you end up with and if you do not like tomatoes you can eat it like this.
- Place the tomato pieces onto the hummus as shown.
- This is what you end up with.
- You are done this is the final product.Its cute and healthy.
This recipe is perfect as an appetizer for a party or a snack between meals.
