BROCCOLI STIR FRY RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of broccoli stir fry.It is perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.


INGREDIENTS

ITEMS ARE:

  • shredded carrot
  • bell pepper
  • broccoli florets
  • sea salt
  • chili
  • garlic powder
  • onion
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cut up all the ingredients above.
  • add oil to a ho pan
  • cook the onions till they are translucent.
  • add the bell pepper and cook it for 1 minute on low heat
  • next add the broccoli and stir fry it for 2 minutes'
  • add salt,chili and garlic powder to your liking.
  • add the carrots next and stir fry till everything if fully cooked but still slightly crunchy.
  • then serve with rice or quinoa.
  • enjoy

Broccoli is healthy and it tastes the best when stir fried with oil.
